Our 4-hour guided walking tour of this glorious city takes in plenty of authentic food tastings from amazing, locally-loved food stops. You’ll taste some incredible Czech desserts, get a real understanding of why Prague is famous for its open-faced sandwiches, and soak up some serious history in a café that dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and has played host to dozens of famous historical figures. Good to know
The price includes all food tastings, and an entertaining and personable English-speaking guide. You’ll also receive our Food Lovers’ Guide to Prague: a printed guide full of insider’s tips about where to eat in the Czech capital, as well as details about each of our tour stops.
Transportation to and from the tour is not included, and we are unable to arrange this for you. Detailed information for how to arrive to the meeting point will be provided at time of booking. At the end of the tour, our guides are always more than happy to call a taxi for you or point you in the right direction.
WHAT TO BRING
While the terrain is flat, we recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes and if rain is in the forecast, bring waterproofs and/or an umbrella as we will be outside for a lot of the tour. You may also want to bring a bottle of water with you if the weather is warm.
Monday to Saturday at 12:30 pm and 1.30 pm. The tour takes place in the Prague city center, a 6 minute walk from the closest metro station. The exact address of the meeting point and detailed directions are provided with your booking confirmation. The tour ends not far from the meeting point (12 minute walk) and we can point you towards public transport or call you a taxi afterwards.
Tours will not be held on Sundays and on Prague National Holidays (approximately 12 days per year). Please check booking page for available dates.
Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the scheduled tour date are fully refundable. Our tours run regardless of weather conditions – rain, hail or shine!
